Welcome to Mind Body Soul Healing . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our massage, life coaching, health coaching, and spiritual coaching services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our website, booking, or receiving any Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our Services.

Eligibility & Age Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old to book Services for yourself.
Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities
To provide safe and appropriate care, you agree to:
Disclose Relevant Health Information
You must inform us of any relevant health conditions before your session, including but not limited to:
- Injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions
- Allergies or sensitivities (including to oils, products, bee products, etc.)
- Blood pressure issues
- Pregnancy
- Medications and medical treatments
Ongoing Updates
You agree to update us if your health status changes (e.g., new diagnosis, injury, pregnancy).
Right to Refuse or Modify Treatment
We may refuse, modify, or stop a session if:
- We believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope of practice;
- You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- You behave in a way that is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.
Boundaries & Professional Conduct
- We do not provide any sexual or intimate services.
- We do not massage or touch private/intimate areas.
- Any request or suggestion of sexual activity is grounds for immediate termination of the session, and you may be charged the full fee.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments
Booking Window
- Appointments can be booked up to 3 months in advance, subject to availability.
Deposits
- A non-transferable 50% deposit of the total session price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Card
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Venmo
- Check
Final payment (if any balance remains) is due before or after the time of Service.
Travel & Access
For mobile massage:
- You agree to provide a safe, accessible environment at the address you provide.
- If parking fees or special access are required, you are responsible for informing us in advance and covering any such costs.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Client Cancellations / Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit.
- If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is applied to the new appointment (subject to our availability).
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be treated as a late cancellation fee.
No Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds on deposits or session fees once paid, except where required by law.
Provider Cancellations
- If we must cancel your appointment, we will offer to reschedule or, if rescheduling is not possible, we may refund any deposit paid, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Coaching Disclaimers (Life, Health & Spiritual Coaching)
Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
- We are not medical doctors or licensed psychologists/psychiatrists.
- Coaching does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
- Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.
No Guarantees of Results:
- Coaching aims to provide guidance, support, and strategies for personal growth and well-being.
- Results may vary and are influenced by many factors, including your participation, health, and personal circumstances.
- We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
Client Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
- You agree to seek professional medical, psychological, or legal advice when appropriate and not rely solely on coaching Services for such matters.
Intellectual Property:
- All content on our website and in our materials (text, images, logos, programs, tools, worksheets, etc.) is owned by Mind Body Soul Healing or used with permission.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be:
First addressed through good-faith informal negotiation; and
If unresolved, submitted to mediation or small claims/civil court in the appropriate county in Southern California, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. By continuing to use our website or Services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
