1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and mobile massage services provided by Mind Body Soul Healing.
By requesting, booking, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable booking, cancellation, and service policies provided before your appointment.

2. Services
Mind Body Soul Healing provides professional mobile massage services at the client’s requested and approved service location.
Available services, session lengths, and pricing are described on the website or communicated directly before booking.
Services may be customized based on client preferences, relevant health information, consultation, comfort, and professional judgment.
3. Appointments & Confirmation
Appointments are subject to availability.
To secure an appointment, a 50% deposit is required along with the client’s full name and service address.
An appointment is considered confirmed once the required booking information and deposit have been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due after the massage session is completed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling With 24+ Hours’ Notice
Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
Rescheduling or Canceling With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Your deposit will be forfeited. A new 50% deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
Canceling With 24+ Hours’ Notice
Your deposit is nonrefundable but may be used as credit toward a future appointment.
Repeated Rescheduling
A deposit may be transferred for up to two reschedules made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A third reschedule will require a new deposit.
No-Show
If you do not attend or are unavailable for your confirmed appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
Prepaid Packages
For prepaid packages, a cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the scheduled session being deducted from the package.
Mind Body Soul Healing understands that genuine emergencies may occur. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
5. Provider Cancellation
If Mind Body Soul Healing must cancel an appointment, the client may choose to transfer the deposit to a rescheduled appointment or receive a refund of the deposit paid.
6. Mobile Service Location & Access
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and complete service address before the appointment is confirmed.
The service location must provide a reasonably safe, clean, and accessible environment suitable for professional massage.
Clients should disclose in advance any information that may affect access to the location, including:
Any required parking or access fees should be disclosed in advance and may be the client’s responsibility.
7. Health Information & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information before and during their massage session.
This may include information regarding:
Clients should notify Mind Body Soul Healing if relevant health information changes.
Massage services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or other licensed healthcare services.
Clients should seek appropriate healthcare advice when needed.
8. Right to Modify, Decline, or Stop a Session
Mind Body Soul Healing may modify, decline, postpone, or stop a massage session when reasonably necessary for safety, professional boundaries, client comfort, or scope of practice.

9. Professional Boundaries
All massage services provided by Mind Body Soul Healing are strictly professional and nonsexual.
Sexual requests, sexual behavior, inappropriate exposure, or other violations of professional boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session.
When a session is terminated because of inappropriate client behavior or a serious boundary violation, payment obligations may still apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Minors
Massage services for minors require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Session length, techniques, communication, positioning, and other aspects of a minor’s massage are adapted to the child’s or teenager’s age, comfort, preferences, and response.
A parent or legal guardian must remain reasonably available during the appointment.
The minor may request that the massage be paused or stopped at any time.
11. Specialty Services
Certain specialty services may require additional consultation or screening before an appointment is accepted.
For example, Bee Honey Massage may not be appropriate for individuals with relevant allergies, sensitivities, irritated or damaged skin, or other circumstances that make the technique unsuitable.
Mind Body Soul Healing reserves the right to decline or modify a specialty service when appropriate for safety or professional reasons.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Clients are responsible for paying the agreed service price and any applicable disclosed fees.
13. Results & Client Experience
Massage experiences and responses vary from person to person.
Mind Body Soul Healing does not guarantee specific medical, therapeutic, physical, emotional, or other outcomes from massage services.
Client feedback is encouraged so pressure, positioning, focus areas, and techniques may be adjusted when appropriate.
14. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client privacy and confidentiality are important professional standards of Mind Body Soul Healing.
Personal information is handled according to the Mind Body Soul Healing Privacy Policy.
15. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, original materials, graphics, and other original content are owned by Mind Body Soul Healing or used with appropriate permission.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior permission except where permitted by law.
16. Changes to Services, Pricing & Terms
Services, availability, pricing, policies, and these Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version posted on the website with the most recent Last Updated date will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any specific terms already agreed upon for a confirmed appointment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
