My name is Silvia Pintea, and I am honored that you are here.

I am a mobile massage therapist and Life, Health & Spiritual Coach serving Southern California, bringing healing directly to the place where you should feel safest—your home.

For me, massage is not a luxury or a rare treat.  

It is a way of life—a sacred practice of slowing down, listening within, and returning to yourself.  

Through touch, breath, and presence, I help calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, melt tension, and gently move the energy that has been stuck in the body for far too long.

I don’t just work with muscles.  

I work with hearts, stories, and souls.

Every session with me is an invitation:  

to be seen, to be heard, and to be held in a space where nothing is expected of you… except to receive.

My mission is simple and deeply personal:  

to help you feel supported, restored, and reconnected—mind, body and soul.

We live in a world where we rush to pay our rent or mortgage, fix the car, repair the house, answer every email, and meet every demand. Yet when our body is exhausted, our mind is overwhelmed, and our soul is whispering for rest, we tell ourselves, “It can wait.”

I believe your mental, emotional, and physical health, should never be the last thing on your list.  

When you are nourished and balanced, everything else in life becomes more manageable. You think clearer, breathe deeper, love softer, and move through the world with more ease and grace.

In each session, I offer more than a massage or a coaching conversation. I offer a sanctuary.

I will:

- Listen with care and compassion  

- Respect your privacy and your story  

- Honor clear, professional boundaries  

- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing space for you to relax, release, and just be.

No two people are the same, and no two sessions are either.  

Your body, your energy, and your life are unique—so I personalize every session to what you need in that moment: comfort, grounding, emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, or simply the feeling of being held in quiet, healing presence.

My deepest intention is to create a space that feels like heaven on earth , a place where you can:

- choose a life rooted in love, joy, peace, and authentic happiness  .
